Oratorio Society accepting applications for Arts Administrator

The Rochester Oratorio Society, Inc., a respected and successful performing arts organization, is accepting applications for the position of Arts Administrator.
This position supports the work of the ROS and its Artistic Director. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of the ROS office, ongoing communication/interaction with chorus members and the public, publicity and media distribution, grant writing administration, artistic contract administration, website administration supervision, donor relations, concert season planning, financial transactions and record-keeping, and volunteer coordination. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, facilitating interaction with Chorus members, donors, and vendors. M/S Office, media/public relations, and social media skills are essential requirements. Arts administration experience is preferred. The work schedule is a flexible 30-40 hours per week.
