The Bowties is a six voice a cappella group formed in 1997. We sing a wide variety of music, from doo-wop, jazz and pop, contemporary to classical, and holiday and ceremonial favorites. The group is self-directed, and many of the songs we sing are arranged by group members. We sing at annual festivals around the region, private parties, and retirement homes, and have become annual featured guests at area high schools in programs developed to encourage boys and young men to sing.
