Eastman Community Music School Spring Fest Concert

The Eastman Community Music School holds a Spring Fest every year to showcase several of the New Horizon ensembles. This year on May 21st the New Horizon Chorus will be performing in Hatch Hall. The music selected will be honoring the beginnings of choral music with an early chant, some renaissance pieces and modern pieces influenced by earlier classics.

New Horizons Chorus

The mission of the New Horizons Program of Rochester, NY is to provide the opportunity for adults to perform music in an ensemble. Embracing the concept that adults can learn to play an instrument or sing at any age, the program is open to beginning and experienced musicians of all levels. New Horizons provides opportunities for its members to grow musically and to enjoy rehearsing, playing, singing and performing with others.
