Doctoral candidate Liyao Yu conducts Mozart's Requiem with ERC and Eastman's Graduate Conducting Orchestra. While those sections Mozart completed are heard in the standard version of Süssmayr, composer and Eastman grad Gregory Spear's completion of the additional movements bring the 18th and 21st centuries together. Rounding out the program are two movements of Jonathan Dove's The Passing of the Year, conducted by Donald Nally, with Dominic Fiacco at the piano.
